Well here we are at the end of yet another successful school year. This definitely is a bittersweet time. We as teachers feel proud of what our students have accomplished but at the sime time we feel sad because we know we are going to miss them dearly. I would like to thank all the parents for your support throughout the year and remind you that summer break does not mean your children shouldn't be doing anything academic. It is very important that at the very least your children read during the summer. I wish each and everyone of you a safe and happy summer. I am looking forward to seeing you again on 8/1. Mrs. Soto

Dear Parents, The week of April 15-19 is one in which our school will be administering AIMS, Stanford 10, and Galileo tests to our students. As you might already figure, it is very important that you help us with making sure the students do their best on these tests. Please help with the following: 1. Be sure your child is not absent during that week. 2. Be sure that your child gets between 8-10 hours of sleep each night. 3. Speak with your child about how important it is that they put forth their best effort on the tests. As always, thank you for continued support. Mrs. Soto

Happy New Year! May this new year bring us only blessings. I am writing to remind you that our fieldtrip to the Mesa Arts Center is fast approaching. It will be on Tuesday February 19th. Many students have not yet turned in their permission slip and $4 admission cost. I will be sending home additional slips for those who might have misplaced them. Also, please remember to periodically check your children regarding what school supplies they might need to replenish as I have observed that many are in need of new notebooks and pencils. As always, I thank you for your continued cooperation. Mrs. Soto

Hello everyone. As always it's great to have the opportunity to communicate with you. I am very happy with the progress I am seeing in the students. It overjoys me to see that they like learning. I thank you parents for helping them with their homework and other responsibilities. I wish all the families a wonderful Christmas and may the New Year bring us health and prosperity. Mrs. Soto

Welcome back to another wonderful year at our school. For this year, one of our goals is to acquire better computers for our technology lab. As you already know, computers are not inexpensive and in order for us to be able to reach this goal we are going to be asking for the cooperation and support of everyone, especially our parents. One approach that we are utilizing at this moment if that of a fundraiser. We are going to have a raffle of over 15 themed baskets that are available for viewing at the front office. The cost per ticket is $2 or three tickets for $5. If you wish to purchase tickets, you may do so at the office or send money with your child and I will obtain the tickets for you. As always, thank you for your continued support. Mrs. Soto
